I am thankful for my friends. They all have been there for me this semester when I needed them most. My friends who gave me flowers and chocolate to make me smile in a time when smiles are hard to come by. My friends who will stay up with you in the library all night because you both have procrastinated to last minute. My friends who will go with me to Bowman at 3 a.m. to see Mock Turtle Soup just because I want to. Overall my friends are pretty awesome and I am thankful that I have them!
I am thankful for those little things in life that make you smile. This last week, my computer completely kicked the bucket, I mean major problems in the worst time possible right before a presentation and finals. But to my chagrin, all has not been lost...i have ordered a new laptop but need something working in for just a few days...is my bucket of bolts up to the challenge. Indeed, I have cleverly devised a way to start windows and reliably fix any freezing that may take place. By raising up and physically shaking the laptop and/or applying a bend force along the diagonal axis of the machine, all hardware problems are resolved...so with a little bit of elbow grease my greatest foe has been thwarted and hope remains.
