Sitting on a porch watching and listening to the rain fall while reading a good book. Sadly I have no porch in Clemson or at home for that matter so this activity does not happen very often.
Softly playing my guitar while relaxing in the hammock on my porch, while the raindrops provide a soothing rhythm... Either that or running a few miles.

warm & rainy - play with animals, jump on trampoline, jump in puddles, pretty much anything outside

Ultimate Frisbee on a nice field that we destroy... much sliding and falling is involved, and it is quite the spectacle and quite fun.

Most definitely porch time, preferably in the rocker
I will follow Liz's example: cold and rainy - curled up on the couch in front of the fireplace, reading, dozing, reading, dozing, repeat all day
warm & rainy - wait, same thing for me, sans the fire - and I will have to help the kids get ready for their outdoor activities....
